Our Story
After years of involvement with coffee, our love for it became more than a habit — it became a need to create. That's how the idea for our own roastery was born, in our home, in Heraklion, Crete. A place where we can express everything we've learned, in our own way. With the goal of creating something unique, we shaped a coffee that combines experience, care, and character.
Our Inspiration
Baressi began as a thought that matured over time — through experiences, flavors, and daily contact with coffee. Gradually, that idea took shape and became reality, with the goal of expressing everything we believe about quality and balance. Today, Baressi is something that follows us and evolves us — in every roast, in every cup.
